How do I connect to the TriniGamers Ventrilo server?

Ventrilo is voice communication software. This was used during the 2007 DotA League by teams to greater co-ordinate their teamwork and it's still used today in games online. Playing against a team on Ventrilo is tough, but there is a counter. Get on Ventrilo as well!

Required Hardware: Headset with mic (Costs anywhere from $25-$50 TT and upwards)
Required Software: Ventrilo


1. Download and install Ventrilo on your computer. Then load the application.


2. Click Add or Edit User Accounts and enter your name. Click OK.


3. Click Add or Edit Server Connections. Then click New and enter the following information.

Server Name: TriniGamers
Host Name / IP: vent.trinigamers.com
Port: 25485

Click OK when you're done. Then hit Connect. You're in!


Immediately ask other users if they can hear you properly and adjust your settings to suit.

It costs us to keep this Ventrilo server up an running, but we provide it as a free service to all T&T gamers in the interest of gaming excellence.
