Yea fellas....These here are the official rules for the tournament on sunday

TriniGamers 6.59d DotA Rules
Game Mode: Captain's Mode ( -cm )
Banned Heroes: Undying, Necrolyte, Storm Spirit, Death Prophet
Warnings, Punishments and Bans
1. Warning: Given when a team breaks a minor rule. A team can have one warning. A
player can have one warning.
2. Punishments: If the act was severe enough to affect the outcome of the game then
the game result can be overturned and a disqualification granted for that game or
match. Players can be banned.
3. Ban: A ban from the current tournament and/or future tournaments. Seeded
teams will have their status revoked.
4. Appeals: All players who signed up in this tournament are expected to read,
understand and respect these rules. All appeals must be accompanied by
screenshots and replays to be considered valid
5. Referees: A referee must be present in each game. Since save loaded games have
no proper replays this is necessary. Referees are needed to do the coin toss as
well.
Please select a referee from the list. A player in the game cannot referee the game.
General Rules
1. Teams will be given scheduled times for each round of competition. Failure to be
available on time may lead to a forfeit.
2. The referee coin toss will determine which team will be “Team one”. The other team
will be “Team two”. Team one gets to pick Sentinel or Scourge. This will be
alternated for the other two games.
3. The map must be loaded (-cm) and paused then team captains may select four
heroes each that will be removed from the hero pool in the following format.
Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
Team one will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
Team two will take out / skip the chance : 1 hero
4. Team captains will then select five heroes to play in the following format.
Team one will pick: 1 hero
Team two will pick: 2 heroes
Team one will pick: 2 heroes
Team two will pick: 2 heroes
Team one will pick: 2 heroes
Team two will pick: 1 hero
Then the game will be resumed and players will pick the heroes their captains
selected.
5. At the end of each game the replay must be saved and named.
In the event of a post game query and there is no replay, the match will be
considered null and void and both teams will be disqualified.
6. Roster maximum of 6 players. No player may play for more than one team.
Game Rules
1. Creep skipping: Creep skipping is allowed for the outer towers.
You may not attack the enemies base buildings without creep support. If you
reached the opponents base together with allied creeps, you may attack all
buildings, you do not have to stop your attack if all allied creeps have been
killed. You may attack an enemy's deniable tower without allied creeps.
“Base” is defined as atop the mound containing the final five towers and
barracks. The outermost two towers in each lane are not considered base
structures.
2. Unit Sharing: Buying items with couriers is allowed. Controlling allied heroes
and summons is allowed.
3. Pause Abuse: Pausing without valid reason is disallowed.
4. Creep Blocking: Creep blocking with multiple heroes, units or spells is
disallowed.eg. Fissure, Sprout, Toss.
You may block creeps with your hero model only.
5. Item Restriction: If a team has crossed the limit on these items it must be sold.
✔ Necronomicon : Two (2) per team.
✔ Arcane Ring : Two (2) per team.
✔ Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse : Two (2) max per team.
✔ Eul's Scepter of Divinity : Two (2) max per team.
6. Bug Exploitation: No exploitation of any new or old bug discovered during
play.
7. Win Conditions
✔ Played Win: You completely destroy the opponent's tree or throne.
✔ Default Win: Opponent does not show up at the scheduled and make up times.
✔ Forfeit: The opposing captain calls a forfeit. (FF)
8. Etiquette (Warning): Players are expected to remain mannered and fair at all
times. Those who make discriminating comments will run the risk of being
removed from the competition.
Disconnections and Remakes
1. Games will be saved at first blood and every fifteen minutes afterwards. Team
captains can request a save at any time.
2. Disconnect before a hero has been killed will lead to a match restart. Players must
use the same heroes as before. If it is possible to continue from a saved game then
it will be used.
3. After first blood the most recent saved game will be used.
4. If players are lagging the game can be saved and reloaded if possible.
5. If the same player drops three times then the opposing team may choose to
continue on without him.
6. It is allowed to use a disconnected hero but it is not allowed to give his items to
other players. It must either stay on the disconnected hero or be sold so the money
is dispersed to the remaining players.
Before and After Games
1. Teams should test with the host before the official game starts.
2. The entire match should be done using the same host.
3. If teams cannot decide on a host then a referee will host or find a host for the
game.
4. If a team is not available at the scheduled time then you must wait 20 minutes
before the match can be requested as a default win. Teams must prove this using
screenshots.
Changes and Exceptions
1. These rules are subject to change at any time. Changes made after the start of
the league will always be reported on the TriniGamers forums. All clans are
expected to know all the rules; not knowing them is no valid excuse for not
following them.
2. For situations not covered by the rules game supervisors will consult with the
league supervisor and together they will make decisions based on the spirit of
the existing rules and in the interests of justice.

Players will be allowed to bring Keyboards/Mouse/Headphones
No personal computers or laptops will be allowed. Custom Keys will be installed on all java pcs.

I called Trigger to find out whats really going on with this thing.

Trigger is the organizer of both cod and dota events. Java is the host.

• There will be no splitting of sides
• There will be no random wildcard unban whatever thing
• Disregard cold's item bans and follow the rules posted by trigger
• NO BYOC
This finally sounding like an organized event.

Many members seem to be confused by this thread. In an effort to assist with this event another thread has been created with accurate information.
