Persona 4 Arena opens up August 7th.
If you didn't know by now Atlus (Team Persona) and the fine people at Arc System works (Guilty Gear,Blazblue) have worked together to bring you Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena.
P4A is a 2D fighting game based two months after the original story of Shin Megami Tensei:Persona 4 and it features characters from both Persona 4 and Shin Megami Tensei:Persona 3..The game was released in Japan in arcades March and console release followed shortly after in July, it comes out stateside August 7th 2012 for (Playstation 3) and (Xbox 360) consoles. The plot focuses on a fighting tournament starting in the TV world where people fight using their Personas (alteregos),as a fighting game the controls each have their own actions and charactrs will be able to call their Personas to assist them during battles,through combos like most fighting games players are able to perform a series of special attacks as well as defend themselves but similar to blazblue this depends on your Burst Guage which is divided into multiple blue bars. The console version of the game will feature a 30+ hour story mode and online play.
