FPS prequel for The Walking Dead

Hot on the heels of The Walking Dead RPG by Telltale Games, yet another game has been announced for the award winning comic book series. Activision will produce a FPS styled prequel, The Walking Dead Begins, focused on the surviving redneck brothers, Merle and Daryl Dixon. Consistently shown with angel wings in the trailer, Daryl appears to be positioned as the opposite of his more agressive sibling.

Set weeks before that cottoneyed Rick ever woke up from his coma. Fans are abuzz with what this could entail since the series never focused on the chaos that followed the outbreak. Even the comic book crowd is full with anticipation as both characters were not in the comics. This is all new material. Besides who can resist getting headshots off on some walkers?
