Sony unveils new 'Super Slim' PS3

At a pre Tokyo Game Show conference Sony revealed yet another revision of it's current generation system. The 'Super Slim' is thinner and lighter than it's predecessors. It is also more power efficient, using a smaller power supply. Price is set at $270 USD and will come with a copy of Uncharted 3. Expect it to see it available locally for around $2700 TTD in a couple weeks.

With such a clear sign of intent, Playstation fans will expect that the road to next gen and the Playstation 4 is a long way off.
