Sweet little article on Tweaktown (http://www.tweaktown.com/) about how MSI has used the heat from a motherboard northbridge chipset to power a fan that will cool the chipset.
If they can get it working, and quietly, what they would have is an effective cooling solution that requires no additional power and is self adjusting as the temperature rises.
