My kids psp won't come on. It was left off and the battery ran down for about 2 months. Do you think this has anything to down with it not coming on now?

try someone elses battery first to make sure its the battery.

You tried charging it?
Try a different wall outlet
Try making sure the battery is seated properly.

the first gen psps had battery problems...the batteries had a very short lifespan....if tht psp was manufactured for the march 2005 release, that might be your problem.

solution: get a new battery

if not, then i dont know

does the psp use a sony battery?

if they do, have nay of them exploded yet?
