Problems with games :(

When ever i load warcraft my sound gets really distorted and then after a while all sound stops this happened also in Quake wars.
When in bnet with warcraft and i try to join a game my warcraft freezes and i have to restart :(
can anyone help me ?

Reinstall sound card drivers / get a new sound card?

disable/remove the sound card and try it without... see if it works... then you'll know if is the sound card...

then see if there are any settings to adjust... for install cmss... eax etc....

i had a weird problem 1ce where when i enable the equalizer in winamp my songs woulds jitter... it was because my surround mode (creative sb) was set to cmss instead of surround (i usually use surround... it got switched by accident)

I had the same problem with my warcraft when joining games. It was my firewall.

Well i exited my firewall and same problem and with the song it is on board i have uninstalled and installed drivers even formated same problem :'(
