I'm a quiter

I've been smoking for the pat 15 years. Up to just over a week ago I was smoking 3 packs a day. Then I stopped. Developed smokers cough. Other than that, I sleep better, breath easier, feel cleaner and have much more energy. I'm not preaching or anything but this feels good, so i suggest those of you that do smoke, stop. I don't crave for a smoke but do find myself looking for a pack and a lighter constantly. Its was funny how my life revolved around smoking. It was practically the only thing budgeted for. It took 4 mins and 40 second to smoke a cig. That means i wasted 4 hours and 20 mins a day just to smoke. Needles tosay i have plenty more free time.
