T&T ready for a VOIP company?

Hey people, I was just wondering what the views of the Gaming community was on this topic, do you think Trinidad would be ready for a full scale launch of a company providing Voip services as at a cheap rate?... For those of you unfamiliar with what voip is, its simply you making phone calls using your internet... /me looks at bill

Isn't that what flow is doing?
I doh think is a matter of if we ready for VoIP but more a matter of how long the telecom provider(s) are take to implement it. Its cheaper and can provide better QoS.
We us VoIP where i work and it seems to be at least on par with a regular line.
