I have been seeking an adfree/spyware free p2p client to get some mp3s. I used Ares for quite a while and I am now considering making a move to limewire. What are your views on Limewire as a p2p client and if it were up 2 you what would you choose?

soulseek still around boy? waw
Albums are pretty easy to get but just not what im into. I wanna just search, pick, download, repeat till i get enough songs for a CD (for the gf)..
Have any of u tried tools/programs that allow you to buy legit mp3s? I'm considering that as well.
BTW interested in
Hip/Hop, Trance/Dance, Rock.

I get all my "hard to get songs' from soulseek...
i made that switch a while ago and was very pleased with the performance of limewire, but a couple of months ago i found that i was getting more and more corrupted files using limewire so i reverted to ares.
Limewire was good while it lasted...
Ares for the win !!!!
Recently switched to limewire (was informed it better dan ares ) and in doin so i hav had sum minor problems where as wit ares nun what so eva .
Considerin dat i may switch bac oui. :D
I guess I tried Limewire after it's prime but I never got a file from that thing that wasn't corrupted. And I talking like over 10 downloads.
My personal pick is Shareaza. I love the ratings system which actually works and the interface suits me. I used Ares but I find that it can't compare to the interface. I find Ares noobish, just have it as a backup P2P.
