It's for a Tshirt, black.

Want a Skull at the top , but with perfect dentition.
Instead of bone crosses underneath, put a dental mirror, and crossed by a handpiece/drill thingy.
Under that have say arrrrrrrrrrghh

And on the back explorers of the open seas (strikeout seas) mouth

For a black Tshirt.
