Mmc Card

my bro looking fro ah MMC (Multi Media Card) for his cell phone ... he aint sure what size he wants yet maybe 256 or 512MB according to price difference ... so can anyone get those? he wanna know if it cheaper to buy on the net or locally ... cause i think he said he saw it expensive locally .. idunno ....well lemme know ... thank u :)
