Networking Help

here this, i have to get some stuff of my work pc andthe rom drive is not working, so i want to add my personal pc to the network and drag the stuff across to my HD, can anyone tell me how to get this done?

play i just spoke to NEO and i managed to get it done, so now i can move my nrop and anime.
