Uhh...well i want to get into the modding scene but i need a dremel...a used one will do fine,as long as i getting the sanding tool and d cutter.

no one will sell you one dry dry so. Best bet is buy a bradn new 1 try william h scott. and is not as simple as buy 1 cutting and sanding tool. If you doing modding youll need atleast 20 different bits. Also may i advice if you have never been around power tools before u take some lessons on proper use and proper ue of your tools on different materials. my hand can bare wittness of a diamond roarter shattering and logging it self deep into my hand didnt feel very nice

How about designing it yourself and taking it to a professional (maybe a straightener)? Give him a lil $$ and he will take all the risk.

yeah them men in machins shops does give u some nice clean cuts for cheap cheap....

And to enforce what bush was saying, soldering while barefooted is also a bad practice. but just in case, make sure you have really fine bird beek pliers to remove it when a ball of solder embeds itself in your instep!
