Topaz problems

I am not getting to login on topaz.
It's just timing out after trying to login, however it is connecting to the server...:(
Any idea whats going on?

My bad for not informing the masses.

The OS that the server runs on is screwed, i made some mistakes somewhere down the line during a rushed upgrade. Tom I plan to take the HDD to work and try my best to extract our databases and files etc.

As a result i have setup a temp server, the temp server doesnt have any of the original accounts. (my bad for lame backing up).

The system runs of FreeBSD and breaking into the box is hard no mc. I need to get me another UNIX os, which i may have access to at work.
