i hope its more like pop sands of time. I found the 2nd one to be kinda confusing, it wasnt horrible but 1 was just better.

i felt sorry for Ubisoft when they did warrior within, the thing is sands of time was the game they wanted to make, but because the sales were not as good as they had hoped, they decided to tinker with the core gameplay element that made POP a winner in the 1st place, they made you focus on button mashing your way through combat more than anything else. But in the end they still managed to push out a decent game, it is Ubisoft after all, un-officially they have the best hit vs miss ration in game development.

EA is a company that really and truly does not take full advantage of the console's gaming power, well not in the current generation anyway.

while they do release alot of good games and even some great ones, you can't help but notice the amount of sub-par to poor titles available.
they probably release more good games than most companies, but their mediocre games bring down their ratio.

k, you have a valid point. At the end of the day they still get in some good games and they have a wide base. From sports to strat.

Some things i spotted at the POP 3 showing

1. You can play as a dark prince who has a chain as a secondary weapon

2. the chain can be used as a grappling hook as well

3. I noticed a VERY cool scene. the prince hooks the chain around a post, goes NEO vs 100 Smith on his enemies and cuts those within the path of the rope in half, yummy


Another thing i notice is the gameplay. It has a feel of the OLD POP2 way back when. The levels are on high rises. The guy showing the demo mentioned that this time you are on the Prince's turf. Meaning you are in his Palace and around his Kingdom. I dont know much about the story. The thing i didnt like about POP2 wasnt the gameplay but the fact that the story wasnt as compelling. you need the damsel in distress thing.
