I get de chance to check out dis movie today and all I could say is: WAAYYZ. From the start of the movie I was hooked wit de action and cinematography. It naturally portrayed in black and white as a kinda tribute to the comic book by Frank Miller (Director along with Quentin Tarantino de boss behind Kill Bill) however to express emotion or just small subtleties certain body parts like hair or eyes or clothing would be shown in a shockingly bright colour like bright red or blue.
You want actors? You have actors here; Rosario Dawson, Jessica Alba, Bruce Willis, Elijah Wood aka hobbit boy, Mr. del Torro and a whole bunch more. It's an insane cast.
Action wise this movie delivers. Insane gunplay and some madd fight scenes. I don't want to go into the story but basically it stays around the themes of sex and violence... just how we like it! Be forwarned however, this movie contains level nudity and sexual content along with some truly gory scenes. :kakashi4: Otherwise this movie gets 2 thumbs up!
