Nintendo has announced that Platinum Games is currently hard at work developing Bayonetta 3, and that it will arrive exclusively on Switch.
That’s pretty much all there is to that know about Bayonetta 3 at present, although the announcement did come with a nifty little teaser trailer. On and Platinum Games’ cantankerous Hideki Kamiya posted a biscuit in the shape of the new logo too.
There’s sadly no ETA for Bayonetta 3 at the moment (although a more extensive showing at next year’s E3 seems likely), but, to tide us all over, Nintendo has dropped a second little Bayonetta surprise: it’s bringing Platinum Game’s stellar first two Bayonetta titles to Switch early next year.
Bayonetta 1 and 2 will bundled together in one irresistable package and will release in February 2018.
