Guild Wars 2 opened its servers for the pre-purchase users on August 25th 2012 at 12 a.m. Less than 30 minutes later, the Trinigamers Guild (TnT) was created. In less than 1 week, the Trinigamers guild boasts over 50 members actively playing.
Initially the Trinigamers guild chose the Henge of Denravi server to play on, but unknown to the community Titan Alliance moved on to Henge of Denravi. An alliance is a number of guilds that are working together. Titan Alliance is one of the largest and competitive alliances in the Guild Wars 2 community. It features 18 guilds that ranges from as little as 100 to as much 300+ guild members. By moving to the Henge of Denravi server, Titan Alliance also brought with them other followers to the server which resulted in Henge Of Denravi being overpopulated. Not only were players victims of consistent overflow servers, but to get into World vs World vs World there were queue times of over two hours.
The Trinigamers Guild Wars 2 staff held a meeting with a representative of Titan Alliance and also held several staff meetings to ultimately make the decision of leaving the Henge of Denravi server and moving to Isle Of Janthir. As a result of the move, players have reported significantly less overflow servers, a drop in latency issues and a much shorter queue to get into World Vs World vs World.
The Guild Upgrades have been making progress since launch, but due to the switching of servers all of the upgrades had been reset., which is why players have not able to experience the Guild Bank and Guild emblems. But, they are in progress and will be completed very soon. The Trinigamers Guild Wars 2 staff is thanking everyone for their involvement and contribution to increasing the influence that the guild is receiving. We will continue serving the guild members to the best of our ability and providing information when possible.
Just a reminder, that even if you are not on Isle Of Janthir, you can still be in the Trinigamers guild, see the guild chat and party with other members because of the Guesting feature that Guild Wars 2 has implemented (this feature is not present in the game, but it will be released soon). If you wish to get a guild invite, you can ask any member of staff in game (please click here for list of staff members) or you can post in the Trinigamers group or the Guild Wars 2 facebook group.
Looking forward to seeing you in game.
