Trinidad and Tobago ready for VXG 2012 St Maarten


Come Wednesday morning some of our greatest gaming talent will fly out to the island paradise of St Maarten to compete at the Video X Games 2012.When Trinigamers made the call to players we were met with a hearty response. A pair of stand out e-sport athletes in Marcus Guide and Antonio Fermin will lead the pack. Guide, a Super Street Fighter 4 AE specialist is highly anticipated to place at the event. Fermin the versatile gamer will represent in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Mortal Kombat 9.

Trinidad and Tobago’s VXG Team – Antonio Fermin, Marcus Guide, Riyadh Bakshi and Vincent Gayadeen

The team is welll rounded with Mortal Kombat community lead Vincent Gayadeen and lead by team manager and VXG veteran Riyadh Bakshi, who placed fourth in Street Fighter Third Strike at the last VXG event in 2006. Bakshi is no stranger to the island of St Maarten and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team is prepared to encounter the Caribbean’s best.
